Our program is simple – through working with restaurant owners and educating people about portion control, we help bring about healthy lifestyle changes. Our partner restaurants offer the option of packaging half of your meal in a Half To Go container at the *beginning* of your meal, so you aren’t temped to eat it all at once. This reduces the size of your meals and helps spread your meals out throughout the day, both of which help you lose weight and maintain healthy eating habits.
